<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a capable Data Analyst to support the Commercial, Sustainability and Finance teams by transforming data into reliable insight. This role will build and automate key reports, establish consistent data definitions, and produce actionable analytics that drive improvements in performance, forecasting and decision-making. The position is well-suited to a commercially minded analyst with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow into broader responsibilities over time.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>1. Reporting &amp; Automation</p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver accurate and timely automated reporting for Commercial, Sustainability and Finance teams.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain dashboards covering key metrics such as revenue, margin, costs and performance trends.</li>
<li>Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets by strengthening data pipelines.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Data Quality &amp; Definitions</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the standardisation of data definitions and KPI calculations across functions.</li>
<li>Assist with reconciling data discrepancies and improving data accuracy. • Document reporting processes and logic.</li>
<li>Evaluate applicable third-party sustainability systems (traceability) with an eye toward tool optimisation for Falcon’s needs.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Business Analysis</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with Sales, Sustainability and Finance to understand data needs and translate them into reports or models.</li>
<li>Provide analysis on margin trends, pricing performance, and forecast variance.</li>
<li>Support forecasting and budgeting cycles with reliable datasets and insights.</li>
</ul>
<p>4. Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with teams to understand reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Provide clear written and verbal explanations of insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<p>Essential</p>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or commercial analytics.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge.</li>
<li>Proficient in SQL for querying relational databases.</li>
<li>Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business questions into analytical outputs.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Python (for data manipulation and automation) and/or R.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to ERP or CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce).</li>
<li>Experience of financial reporting processes.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of data modelling concepts.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Salesforce Admin will be key for the successful operation of Anna Freud’s Salesforce environment which is at the heart of the current digital transformation. We have developed a bespoke salesforce product that truly benefits the user, in a mental health environment. Working within the IT Department this role is essential to ensure that Salesforce operates effectively for internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<p>The Salesforce Administrator is expected to administer the system, aid in designing solutions, and assist in supporting the developments already in place.</p>
<p>The post-holder will work within the IT department in Central Support Team but they will also be working with teams across the organisation as the first line of support for any issues.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will join a small and supportive team of 7 people within a fast paced and busy environment as there is a lot to do, with a mixture of team working but also having the initiative to problem solve independently.</p>

<p><strong>At Trinity College, we have a suite of products offering exams in music, performing arts, English Language and more. We have embarked on an extensive and ambitious modernisation programme, as more of our products move online, and are looking for hands-on Technical Architects, with AWS experience, as our technology and approach matures.</strong></p>
<p><strong>As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing solutions, primarily cloud based, to meet Trinity College London’s evolving technology needs. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation, our partners, and suppliers, to ensure that we deliver high quality solutions to specification. Together with the rest of the architecture team, you will participate in the Technical Design Authority and Cloud Centre of Excellence forums, to use your expertise and experience to help shape our standards and best practices and to help projects to progress with the best solutions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>As a hands-on IT Architect, you will communicate extensively with our design and developments teams and partners, getting involved with Proof of Concept and Prototyping work, and ensuring DevOps and coding standards are well defined and adhered to. You will be able to show technical ownership and leadership, being able to take solutions from conception to implementation and support. As a technology and AWS subject matter expert, you will be able to provide guidance both within and outside the team.</strong></p>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Extensive experience building solutions using key elements of our technology stack, in particular AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway etc)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of good, secure and efficient working practices on AWS, with reference to the Well Architected Framework.</strong></li>
<li><strong>In-depth knowledge of the creation, management, promotion and integration of business data-centric APIs.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Understanding of data, domain-driven design, integration, and the importance of data to an organisation.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience working with 3rd party suppliers to provide cohesive, integrated SaaS solutions.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Exemplary written and verbal communication skills</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences in an effective manner</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience in a variety of requirement gathering techniques</strong></li>
<li><strong>Excellent business process and architectural modelling skills</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge and experience of a wide variety of platforms, operating systems, systems software, business applications, ideally related to the education sector</strong></li>

<p>As a SharePoint Developer at Imagefast Limited, you will be involved in customer-facing roles and responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of SharePoint, including the following key areas:</p>
<ul>
<li>Understand SharePoint Architecture and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft best practices.</li>
<li>Search: Configure Managed and Crawled Properties to optimize search functionality.</li>
<li>SharePoint API: Utilize SharePoint API for operations such as GET, POST, etc., to interact with SharePoint lists and libraries.</li>
<li>Content Services: Understand Managed Metadata, Site Content Types, Site Columns, indexes, etc.</li>
<li>Customization: Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for client-side code customization would be beneficial with experience in developing web parts, extensions, and application customizers.</li>
<li>PowerShell: Proficiency in working with SharePoint Online using PowerShell, as well as knowledge of standard SharePoint Management Shell and PnP PowerShell.</li>
<li>Security: Solid understanding of the SharePoint security model, knowledge of extending security policies, including Conditional Access Policies (desirable).</li>
