<p>What you will do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Champion agile values and principles, acting as a role model for collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.</li>
<li>Lead and support a cross-functional team delivering data and digital capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.</li>
<li>Facilitate effective delivery through strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Help teams optimise flow, improve predictability, and continuously improve ways of working.</li>
<li>Own and support release and delivery management processes, ensuring robust governance and successful product launches.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Technical leads to support prioritisation, road-mapping, budgeting, and strategic planning.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across the organisation.</li>
<li>Work closely with Service Delivery Managers to ensure effective operational management of live services, including incident, problem, and change management considerations.</li>
<li>Ensure technical debt, platform stability, resilience, and operational sustainability are appropriately represented in planning and prioritisation.</li>
<li>Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments across teams and workstreams.</li>
<li>Coach and support the development of colleagues and contribute to the evolution of agile delivery practices across the organisation.</li>

<p>This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. <p><strong>About You </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience leading agile delivery within cross-functional technology teams using Scrum, Kanban, or scaled agile approaches.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of agile principles, lean delivery practices, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Experience delivering complex technology, data, analytics, or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams without direct line management responsibility.</li>

<p><strong>About the role </strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of ETO Service Delivery Management, you&#8217;ll be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, validation and ongoing improvement of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) across our complex and business‑critical technology environment.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll ensure the organisation is as prepared as practicable for disruptive events, working closely with senior IT leadership, infrastructure and platform teams, and third‑party suppliers. In the event of a major incident, you&#8217;ll provide expert guidance to enable a successful recovery that meets agreed recovery time and recovery point objectives, with minimal impact on business operations.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Owning and maintaining the organisation&#8217;s Disaster Recovery Plan, ensuring it remains fit for purpose and reflects changes across the IT estate</li>
<li>Defining and maintaining DR standards and ensuring consistent application across services and suppliers</li>
<li>Identifying, documenting and supporting the mitigation of DR risks and single points of failure, working with risk owners to implement effective controls</li>
<li>Designing and delivering a comprehensive DR testing and validation programme covering people, processes, plans and technology</li>
<li>Coordinating DR exercises and tests, defining scope and success criteria, and producing post‑test reports and lessons learned</li>
<li>Maintaining the IT recovery checklist and associated documentation, including critical contact lists</li>
<li>Providing assurance over third‑party and outsourced DR capabilities through regular review and challenge</li>
<li>Aligning DR activity with wider Business Continuity (BC) policies and programmes</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a highly visible role with responsibility for helping protect around 150 critical IT services that support exams, assessment delivery and regulatory deadlines.</p>

<p>We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Exam Technology Organisation (ETO), working within Dev and Application Services. This is a key role where you will partner closely with Product Managers and technical teams to maximise delivery flow, quality, and team effectiveness while supporting our mission of delivering trusted exams and assessments worldwide.</p>
<p><strong>About the role </strong></p>
<p>As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be embedded within a product team in ETO and accountable for enabling effective, predictable delivery. You will ensure there is a timely flow of work and information, support release and risk management, and proactively shape team capability and capacity to meet delivery outcomes.</p>
<p>Working in close partnership with the Product Manager, you will help balance priorities, manage dependencies, and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best. While you will not have direct line management accountability, your influence and leadership will be critical to the success of the team and the wider organisation.</p>
<p><strong>Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Owning and overseeing release planning and release management, ensuring appropriate controls, approvals, and measures are in place</li>

<p>The Infrastructure team resides within the innovative and progressive Digital and Technology Directorate and is embedded in a major and exciting three year legacy displacement programme. The directorate is a welcoming group of over 100 multidisciplinary professionals, all focused on building, delivering and supporting secure, modern and efficient digital and technology services.</p>
<p>This role leads the infrastructure team with responsibility for the design, implementation, administration and support of infrastructure and digital solutions and services and the effective deployment of resources.</p>
<p>About the Role<br />
We are looking for an accomplished Digital and Technology Infrastructure Services Manager to join us and lead a team of engineers and their workload. You&#8217;ll mentor, coach and help develop the team as well as work-load manage business as usual with projects.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for you to apply your broad skills across a range of systems and services and to provide technical leadership, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and external parties in supporting and working closely with Digital and Technology teams, security advisors and senior management to provide solutions design, expertise and assurance to projects and programmes.</p>
<p>You will help develop and maintain Digital and Technology infrastructure and platform policies and procedures, and work with senior management to develop the cyber security strategy.</p>
<p>SC-level Security Clearance or willingness to obtain SC clearance is mandatory for this role and requires that you have lived in the UK for the last 3 years. The length of required residency may depend on individual circumstances.</p>
<p>About You<br />
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic senior manager who will play a major role in the delivery of Digital and Technology services, from legacy system improvements / replacements through to digital and IT transformation. You will work closely with the various Digital teams and the Cyber Security team to design, create and improve new and existing products and services and you will work with business users, delivery teams and suppliers to identify and resolve issues and user needs.</p>
<p>You must have very good, broad experience and knowledge of working in a Digital and Technology support environment using a variety of tools to support the management and delivery of production services. You should have experience across all IT service delivery activities including service management, incident management, change management, release management, configuration management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a role in ensuring the highest levels of operational service delivery.</p>
<p>A key part of this role is core infrastructure lifecycle management, ensuring clear and effective roadmaps and taking responsibility for their upgrades or replacements as required. Aligned with this is working with partners to help deliver the service and contract management of these third parties, including support and maintenance contract renewals. The role incorporates budget responsibility for the infrastructure and associated services, working alongside Finance and Procurement colleagues on renewals and supplier performance management.</p>
<p>In addition to the activities outlined above, you must have people management experience to lead a team of infrastructure engineers, delivering a range of IT services.</p>

<h5>THE ROLE</h5>
<p>Reporting into the Head of Operations and Architecture you will manage the contract portfolio currently worth over £10m and includes over 100 contracts throughout their entire lifecycle ensuring VFM and ideally negotiate added value from all contracts. The Commercial Manager will manage the relationships with all 3rd party suppliers and will personally take the lead and be visible on all high risk, high value contracts. Whilst making sure that performance and delivery of these contracts is paramount, you must also be in control of and be respectful of all compliance requirements, taking any corrective action as needed, developing the contracts register for future planning of renewals.</p>

<p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent analytical skills and a passion for data management. Previous experience of data systems in a school setting is preferable.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising the school&#8217;s data systems. Responsible for production, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of student and academic data, informing strategic decisions and statutory reporting.</p>
<p>In liaison with the SMT and Director of IT, they will provide assistance and support in strategic management of whole school ICT and provide efficient and effective organisation of the school’s assessment, reporting, recording and tracking systems. To ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of critical educational data, empowering our staff and students with the information they need to succeed.</p>
<p>This role will support our teams to maximise the opportunities that data and technology offer to further learning outcomes, and organisational efficiencies.</p>

<p>This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next phase of IT and digital development within this historic and world leading Schools Group.</p>
<p>With School-wide responsibility for IT, the role holder will be responsible for all aspects of IT systems including strategy, implementation, management, administration and review, ensuring that the facilities and services meet the evolving needs of the School. This post also has a key role in the development of digital learning, working with senior staff on horizon-scanning and implementation of new ways and approaches to learning.</p>
