TRIA are partnering with a Global Travel & Leisure business who are at the very early phases of a demerger / brand separation programme. TRIA have been engaged to help assemble a transformation team to deliver the technology separation covering infrastructure and applications.

A Business Change Manager is currently required on the programme to deliver:

• Change Strategy
• Change Plan
• Stakeholder Analysis
• Impact analysis
• Comms plan

The Business Change Manager will:

• Support programme team to build change strategy & plan.
• Prepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of working – support with shaping the go-live windows including impact analysis and comms plan.
• Lead stakeholder analysis across the business to ensure business impact is understood – acting as the voice of the business into the programme.

The aim of the role is to reduce the overall change risk, allow smoother transition into new separate businesses, better the experience and employees and system users, whilst driving higher moral and this performance.
