Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications Executive to join them to support the Digital Specialist, the Comms team, and the broader organisation to meet their objectives through digital solutions.
Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager you will support them in reaching and engaging with audiences through consistent and high-quality digital outputs, taking ownership of day-to-day publishing, as well as feeding into the development of their digital comms policies, processes and standards.
Their Digital Communications Executive will ensure that their website, social media, and video content is produced, published and promoted to reach their online audiences. You will be their eyes-and-ears online to identify any immediate or urgent customer service or reputational risks as they first appear.
Developing monthly content calendars for social media, you will take ownership of publishing and promoting posts, assist in the creation and publishing of newsletters to subscribers and will assist with the creation of ads and campaigns using paid-for social media channels. You will also collate metrics and statistics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Group’s digital marketing work.
