Director of Technology Consulting (Insurance) Reigate / London / WFH to £180k+

Do you have a wealth of experience with solution design, working directly with clients in the Insurance space?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful, director level role at one of the world’s longest established InsurTech businesses.

As Director of Technology Consulting you will head up the professional services function for the company’s UK and Ireland division (approx. 10-15 consultants), reporting to the global lead based in the US.

You’ll have a broad scope of responsibilities with a client focussed approach covering areas including pre-sales for consulting and software opportunities, delivery and programme management of complex technology projects, solution architecture design and implementation. You’ll liaise with CIO / senior client stakeholders to engage at a strategic level and build productive relationships, ensuring the right solution is proposed and delivered.

This is a high profile role in which you’ll be a thought leader and drive the Technology Consulting division.

Location / WFH:

You’ll have flexibility to split your time between the Reigate and London offices and also work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have significant experience in a global technology consulting or professional services environment
• You have a deep understanding of Insurance underwriting
• You have proven leadership experience of diverse technology consulting teams
• You’re able to lead sales engagements and deliver complex software projects
• You’re able to transition between being operating at a strategic level and in the detail, being a leader as well as an individual contributor
• You have commercial acumen and an understanding of PnL
• You’re likely to hold a relevant technical degree
