The Role: Director, Product Management Center of Excellence (PMCE)
As Director, Product Management Center of Excellence within Business Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to partnering with Product Managers in Business Lines across the CI division. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing and standardizing processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Product Management teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our success while ensuring well-governed processes and cross-functional collaboration.
The Team: The Product Management Center of Excellence team collaborates with around 140 Product Managers across 4 Business Lines, as well as APMO, Digital Product Management and the Product & Commercialization Committee, to optimize processes, standardize practices and ensure effective governance. This small but impactful team supports BL Product Managers across a wide range of areas such as tooling, onboarding & training, problem solving & transformation, defining roles & responsibilities, maintaining the PM community, publication of release notes, building reporting and disciplined operational execution of projects.
The Impact: As the leader of the Product Management Center of Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing your team’s vision, goals and priorities. You will be a key partner to the BL Product Management community across all Business Lines, influencing how they operate and helping them deliver value to our customers. You will be connected to stakeholders across the organization and at all levels. In this critical role you will contribute to the success of our products, teams, and organization as a whole. Your leadership and operational expertise will play a vital part in achieving our strategic objectives and driving innovation in our product offerings.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,800 to $244,700. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
