Lead Engineer – Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform

About the Role:

Our client in the financial industry is seeking a skilled Lead Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform to join the team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in their digital transformation journey, leveraging your technical skills to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities and power our digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proven track record of leading successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile environment preferred.

Location: Hybrid role with 2 days in either London or Reigate office.

Salary: Up to £90,000 (depending on experience) + a bonus
