A leading financial services company is looking to hire an E-Trading Support Engineer to work on their financial market and commodities desk.

You would be responsible for:

• Providing technical and business support to the E-commerce trade plateform, addressing issues raised by Front Office users
• Troubleshoot, test and work with the vendor to deploy new features to the trading platform
• Perform system maintenance tasks such as monitoring system performance and optimising performance

Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Good knowledge of trade processing, trade types and straight through processing.
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) Or metals (base or precious) trading
• Experience with database management systems preferably MySQL and SQL querying
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and technologies such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Ffastfill
