Are you looking to head up an exciting, growing DevOps/MLOps function, define the MLOps roadmap and add real value to an exciting scale up? If so, I may have something for you!

I am looking to engage with talented Head of Platfrom | Head of DevSecOps | Head of DevOps who maybe want to have a new challenge. The business is in an exciting point of their journey and need you to help them take full advantage of their data!

As the new Head of Platfrom | Head of DevSecOps | Head of DevOps you will be taking ownership of the entire department. You will be responsible for 3 engineers, plus also given accountability for the wide range of projects that are running internally. It will be your job to not only have passion to show best practice technically, but also look at defining the strategy and roadmap to take the business to the next level.

This role needs someone who has more than an appreciation of security, but someone who will be able to implement DevSecOps best practices, create and implement roadmaps and strive for best practice.

You will need to be hands on, to be able to roll your sleeves up where appropriate and demonstrate best practice around Azure and Azure DevOps.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience within an Azure environment
• Excellent commercial awareness of Terraform
• Python/Powershell Scripting
• Containerization – especially kubernetes
• Experience leading a small and dynamic team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A track record of defining clear DevOps roadmaps & DevSecOps roadmaps
• An emphasis on Best practice
• Mentorship and leadership
• A strong focus on robust architecture

This is a permanent role, which will be 3 days a week in London.
