Job Title: Head of Technology Delivery

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Bonus

Location: London

The Head of Technology Delivery required to join a family-owned business that is looking to grow substantially in the next 2-3 years. This is a key leadership position responsible for orchestrating the successful execution and implementation of technology projects across the group as they secure increased investment into Technology. This strategic position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and a keen understanding of business objectives.

You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in Technology, key business stakeholders and the Executive team. You will play a lead role in strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall project delivery capabilities of the organisation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background operating as a Head of Technology Delivery is essential / may also consider Programme / Portfolio Manager with experience in strategy development and execution
• Proven track record of strategic thinking and ability to ensure alignment of technology initiatives to organisation goals
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills is essential
• Background delivering a variety of technology transformation projects and programmes such as enterprise systems implementation projects/ programmes such as CRM, HR, Finance system implementation etc
• Substantial track record of Risk Management and Resource Management for key technology projects / programmes
• Qualifications: Prince 2 Agile Practitioner, MSP or similar
• Advantageous: Experience working with Family owned businesses
