Job Title: IT Manager – InTune and Microsoft Engineer

Location: Croydon, South UK

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Salary: 46,000 per annum + 10% bonus

About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dedicated IT Team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing 1st / 2nd line infrastructure IT support across multiple sites in the South of the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft products, particularly InTune, Auto Pilot, Azure, and Active Directory, ensuring our infrastructure is both compliant and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft technologies such as InTune, Auto Pilot, Azure, and Conditional Access policies to enhance and secure our IT infrastructure.
• Manage the relationship with the outsourced IT provider to ensure efficient collaboration, conduct service reviews, and contribute to the strategic direction of IT service management.
• Be the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues at branch sites, managing tickets logged via the service desk.
• Build strong relationships with staff at all sites, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
• Conduct site visits to all branches within the South UK to understand and address specific IT needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience providing on-site and remote technical support to a diverse user base.
• Competence in various tasks related to service or system maintenance and IT project delivery.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results.
• Full UK driver’s license and own a car for travel to branch sites.
