Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA systems, including modules like SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP QM etc.
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Should have managed S4 HANA Implementation Testing projects in a client-facing role.
• Ability to create comprehensive test strategy documents, test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and SAP configurations.
• Expertise in TOSCA test automation tool and framework for SAP testing.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and managing defects using SAP-specific defect tracking tools like ALM, SAP Solution Manager or other standard tools like Jira.
• A deep understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices specific to SAP environments.
• Knowledge of regression testing techniques to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing SAP functionality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• The ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions for SAP-related testing problems.
• Proficient in documenting test processes, results, and any relevant information, ensuring thorough and organized documentation.

Preferred

• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration is often preferred.
• Knowledge on Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience on SAP Automation preferably SAP automation tools.
• SAP implementation knowledge would be advantageous.
• SAP /TOSCA Certifications.
• Knowledge of the healthcare/pharma industry is preferable, as it helps tailor testing processes to industry-specific needs.
• The ability to adapt to evolving SAP technologies and stay up to date with industry trends, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
• Understanding of change management processes within SAP implementations.
