We have an opportunity for a Leadership Development Facilitator to join our client’s team in Newbury/London.

• Contract: 6 months
• Daily rate: £400 per day through umbrella or £293.03 via Hays PAYE
• Hours: 24 hours, 3 times per week

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Development Facilitator to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving a culture change within their Technology and Enabling function leadership community. You will be responsible for delivering key one-day leadership programmes to cohorts of 20 leaders, ranging in seniority, across the EU and UK.

Leadership Development Facilitator responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver in-person leadership development programmes to groups of 20 leaders.
• Conduct two core programmes: one for new leaders and one focused on change leadership.
• Ensure effective delivery of 12 sessions per month.
• Collaborate with the training coordination team for scheduling and administrative support.
• Participate in a one-stage competency-based interview process.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of leadership theory, development, and change management.
• The ability to engage and manage diverse groups of leaders.
• Telecommunication/Technical background is desired.
