MS Dynamics CRM Technical Support

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + up to 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: London (hybrid working)

My client is a rapidly growing international organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Professional Services sector. Although exceptionally successful to-date, they continue to seek stretching organic growth within each business unit and also via potential additional complimentary services, typically through acquisition. Underpinning this strategy is a focus on being a ‘smart user of tech adopting both build and buy strategies.

This role will span all their MS Dynamics systems, whilst also offering the ability to work on other professional services automation software as part of their business growth. It suits someone who is passionate about creating solutions for the business and seeing end users benefit from those solutions, as well as supporting internal/external stakeholders troubleshooting their issues.

You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for maintenance and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with opportunities to maintain and develop professional services automation software, for various business lines driving value from these systems.

The Role

• Involvement in business automation projects via MS Dynamics CRM to gain operational efficiencies
• Work with colleagues and Product Managers to identify and create secure and well-functioning software solutions
• Support internal/external MS Dynamics users troubleshooting their issues
• Completion of some development associated duties i.e. changing/adding workflows
• Support and develop other business process automation applications as they come on stream

The Person

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM support experience
• Some exposure in development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Passionate about creating solutions for the business
• Comfortable communicating with both internal stakeholders and external client users
• Ambitious to develop their career further within the organisation
