Oracle CX Functional Consultant Full Time

We have an urgent requirement for an Oracle CX Functional Consultant on a remote working basis. You will work to the client’s technical standards writing clean, secure code following a test-driven approach, ensuring the code is open as far as possible and can be re-used.

The main day to day responsibilities will be:
* Providing expertise in Oracle CX
* Working on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
* Updating systems with progress on incidents
* Working with third parties to resolve incidents.
* Updating config management and knowledge management databases
* Supporting path to live release management and deployment

Essential Skills

You’ll be a consultant who is confident supporting & improving an existing Oracle Fusion ERP application.

Core Skills
* Preparation of functional specs for integration and reports
* Experience of Level 2 and 3 support.
* Change management and enhancement deployment from test to production.

CX
* Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, Customer Service Cloud (CX)
* Configuration of Oracle RightNow modules, Enterprise Contact Centre, Policy Automation and Collaboration
* Configuration of OOTB reporting tools OTBI, FRC and knowledge of standard reports
* Process knowledge of web centre, knowledge, contact centre and customer service.
