CloudStone Education are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join a school based in Kensington and Chelsea as their School Data Manager. As the School Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the school’s data systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and administrative staff to provide reliable data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection, entry, and maintenance of student, staff, and school performance data
• Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality
• Generate regular reports and analysis to support school leadership in monitoring student progress and informing strategic planning
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify data needs and provide training and support on data management tools and systems
• Stay updated on data protection regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, such as GDPR
• Liaise with external agencies, such as local authorities and educational governing bodies, as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Information Management, Statistics)
• Proven experience in data management, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of data protection principles and legislation
• Proficiency in database management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
