Senior Full Stack Developer

Mostly remote (London 1-2 times per month)

£75,000-90,000 + 20% bonus + car allowance + healthcare + pension

The role:

Fancy working with one of the largest food brands globally?

If you’re a whizz with Python, and experienced building webapps with React/Angular or Vue then this could be for you. Bonus points if you’ve used Anvil or Streamlit.

You’ll be working with a team of data scientists and data engineers, developing user interfaces for AI/ML products that facilitate swift user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our R&D team to assess, design, and develop enterprise-grade web apps
• Bring your experience in cloud deployments, Containerization, and Microservices Architectures; Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
• Work your magic with Django APIs and seamlessly integrate them into the user interface
• Bonus points for prior experience with AI/ML applications’ UI/UX (not required)
• Provide top-notch support and troubleshooting for our production systems
• We value independence, strong verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and teamwork

Basic Requirements:

• Experience developing feature-rich, interactive user interfaces for consumer and enterprise web applications
• JavaScript development
• Experience with React or Angular frameworks
• Experience with Python, Back End Databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle), and SQL
• Familiarity with mainstream Python frameworks (eg Django)
• Experience working with/alongside data and analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of modern deployment architectures, including containers, API Gateways, load balancers, and cloud-based environments, is advantageous
• Experience working in CI/CD (Git*) environments and a solid grasp of web architectures and fundamentals
• Experience with Streamlit or Anvil
• Data engineering experience
