Senior ICT/Engineer Designer Full Time

If you are an experienced Senior ICT/ Engineer Designer to join their team.

The team is responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion and applicants must be able to evidence experience in working with that solution, along with demonstrating confidence and prowess in other relevant areas. The ideal candidate will be expected to provide lead technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Human Resources and Payroll

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Complete designs and configuration of new requests from the business
• Work closely with business colleagues to plan and release new functionality
• Undertake problem diagnosis and resolution of technical issues working within agreed SLAs
• Document solutions or problem resolution as required Applicants should have a proven track record of identifying customer and technical requirements, to ensure the successful delivery of a new or updated system. You will have a solid understanding for project lifecycles including (but not limited to) the following:
• Requirements gathering
• Documentation and planning including proposals, technical plans, and resource plans
• Change management
• Test management
• Risk and defect management
• Providing support and coaching to other team members to enable successful project delivery across the team
