This role can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel.

A leading FTSE 250 Services are seeking to recruit a Senior SAP Developer.

Responsible for assisting with specific system design and development activities relating to general SAP development.

Day-to-day, you ll provide specialist level development, configuration and functional support for the SAP development solutions to agreed SLAs.

• Deliver specific SAP solutions for projects using agreed standards and governance processes
• Ensure any configurations and development work is completed and tested within agreed timescales and delivered to the standard and/or management application agreed with your line manager and change manager
• Ensure consistent application and technical documentation is updated for each task processed
• Work within the team to identify and suggest existing or new emerging standards and best practice for the service

Essential experience of the Senior SAP Developer:

• Strong SAP background in implementation and support, mainly in the ABAP, Workflow and Fiori/UX workspace
• Strong working knowledge of ABAP, WebDynPro and Workflow
• Broad knowledge of SAP functional areas particularly FI, HCM, SCM, PM, PP, PS, MM, IM, WM to ensure delivery of development tasks
• Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Development experience with OData and CDS
• Experience designing business process diagrams and data flows within relevant written documentation

Qualifications for the Senior SAP Developer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT Field or preferably extensive experience within the SAP Development area
