Location – Hybrid – mix of remote, London office, and customer site when required

Concept are working with a market leading Managed Service Provider to recruit a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to join their growing Modern Workplace practice. Your primary role would be leading pre-sales engagements by acting as the technical SME for modern workplace technologies, primarily focused on the M365 stack including Teams, Sharepoint, and Copilot. You will be assisting with winning business and creating exception solutions and designs for customers.

The Role

• Key point of contact for M365 pre-sales solutions engagements
• Creation of technical documentation including High-Level Designs and Statement of Works
• Act as an SME for Modern Workplace internally and for customer queries, assisting with technical presentations when required
• Consult and advise customers on technology choices and options
• Work closely with key vendors in the modern workplace space, keeping up with the latest technologies and studying for relevant certifications
• Act as a senior point of contact within the solutions architecture team and provide mentorship for more junior colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous technical pre-sales and architecture experience in an MSP setting
• Proven experience with M365 stack with a particular focus on Teams, SharePoint, and any Copilot experience
• Excellent documentation skills
• Comfortable delivering presentations to customers
• Experience in providing mentorship and training to more junior team members would be beneficial
