My Client, a Pioneer within their field have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to Join their team. This is a hybrid set up with 1 day a week in London required. Working with the Head of CRM, Head of Customer Experience/Enrolments & Head of Digital to assist with the ongoing technical build of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. The Successful candidate will help identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey. This means you are the go-to person for all CRM campaign management and data, driving efficiency across the CRM spectrum.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Marketing; customisation and configuration experience preferred
• Understanding of multistage campaign automations
• Understanding of Power Platform stack especially Power Automate and Power BI
• Understanding of relational databases
• Understanding of GDPR & preference management
• Understanding of data integrations/APIs (but not essential)
• Working knowledge of OpenApply and iSAMS would be an advantage (but not essential)
• Understanding and knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous (but not essential)
• Ability to understand key campaign metrics and develop their outputs into key actionable insights
• Team player and collaborative
• Ability to learn and leverage new technologies/systems/software to solve business problems.
• Analytical and data driven thinker.
• Strong time-management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
