Head of Finance Systems is sought by prestigious global brand. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be part of the Finance Leadership team tasked with delivering transformation projects, we are seeking someone with significant experience of Workday Financials together with a transformation management background. Ideally you will have experience in managing change, engaging teams across countries and project management, as well as Finance systems specifically Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the requirements for future Workday phases of development as well as continuing to stabilise the existing implementation.
• Implement and manage BAU support model for all Finance Systems, interfacing effectively with external AMS.
• Work with the CFO and Finance Director to define and deliver the implementation of the finance change and transformation strategy including implementing efficiencies within the finance function through the implementation of Workday technology.
• Lead the portfolio of change work and continuous improvement across the Finance function, steer business cases and programme specs in accordance with Finance needs.
• Lead and develop the Finance Systems team consisting of three colleagues.
• Collaborate closely on change and transformation priorities to ensure positive adoption.
• Support the strategic development of a roadmap for the development of our Finance Systems
• Identify industry trends and value creation opportunities to maximise the potential of the Finance department.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience of Workday Financials is a must, experience of other finance systems will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with financial control, AP, and reporting (FP&A) functions
• Experience of Property Management Systems such as Yardi or MRI as well as integration of Treasury Management Systems eg, Kyriba would be beneficial.
• Workday Financials administrator experience
• Experience formulating and documenting policies and procedures.
• Finance or change-related certifications (eg) CIMA, ACCA, Prince2, Six Sigma
