IT Systems Administrator Microsoft Office 365 – London – up to £42,000

IT Systems Administrator required to join an international food wholesaler with multiple sites.

The business environment is fully cloud based and the IT Systems Administrator will provide 1st and 2nd line support to circa 60 users across 2 sites in London.

Skills/Knowledge required for the IT Systems Administrator:

• Experience in installation, configuration and support of Dell/HP PCs, laptops, mobile phones and various types of peripheral hardware (including copiers, printers)
• Competent experience with Windows 10 and Office365
• Knowledge of Exchange on-line/Office 365; general administration of users’ accounts and mailboxes, distribution lists and security groups
• Knowledge of file server access permissions and NAS storage
• Knowledge of VOIP systems administration, hardware/software installation and training
• Awareness of WAN and LAN technology and topology
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Must be Flexible and able to adapt to change
• Experience of ERP and WMS systems
• Experience of administering SaaS platforms and raising tickets with 3rd party vendors

This role will be office based, preference is 5 days a week and the minimum is 3 days a week with the remainder being work from home with the expectation that if needed you are able to come to the office on a work from home day.
