Linux Engineer – London Full Time

Our long-standing partner is a technology driven, quantitative and systematic investment manager who are seeking a Linux Engineer to join their Infrastructure support team.

As part of this position, you will be working with cutting edge technology, high-performance Linux based Trading and Research platforms. You will be responsible for building, administering, upgrading and supporting their Linux systems and will work with engineering teams to document and improve processes.

Applicants suitable for this role require:

• Strong hands-on experience working with Linux based platforms
• Exceptional Linux administration skills
• Experience of Python or Bash Scripting would be a bonus
• Having knowledge of RedHat and experience designing and tuning low latency server infrastructure
• Computer Science degree or equivalent required
