Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Quality Assurance – Take ownership of your deliverables, ensuring excellence.

Design Support – Play a pivotal role in design and planning sessions, translating requirements into robust architecture and code.

End-to-End Implementation – Create and review implementations in adherence to specifications, supported by automated tests.

Mentorship – Support and mentor fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Standards and Processes – Establish processes to uphold the highest product quality.

Key Attributes

• PHP Development – Proficient in building web applications using PHP.
• Tech Stack – Experience with server technologies like Apache, relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL), and frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Laminas Project.
• Versatility – Exposure to mobile application frameworks (eg, Cordova) and Front End technologies (React or Angular).
• Testing Expertise – Strong background in automated testing (TDD and BDD).
• Collaboration – Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
• Agile Approach – Familiarity with Agile working practices.
• Attention to Detail – Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, paired with excellent communication skills.
• Bonus Points – Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
