Project Manager – Hampstead/ Hybrid/Site Visits
GroupNexus are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of implementing car park management equipment projects within specified deadlines and budgets. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, sub contractors, managing project resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

What will you be responsible for?

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Account management of key clients during contract implementation.
• Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to assist new clients, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.

What skills/ experience are we looking for?

• Full drivers license (essential)
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques to drive informed decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable project plans
