We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to become a pivotal member of our technology team, to help us build advanced, human-like generative voice assistant technologies designed to transform the landscape of customer service.
As part of the voice infrastructure team, this role is responsible for maintaining and improving our platform’s reliability, scalability and performance across multiple regions, as well as developing new features and integrations.
