Service Delivery Manager/SDM (Microsoft Cloud) Work from Home, into London/site twice a month. External Customer management experience required.

A Service Delivery Manager/SDM is required by a leading IT services firm and Microsoft Partner headquartered in London to manage a number of their Managed Service customers.

As a Service Delivery Manager/SDM, you need have experience of the following:

• Service Delivery Managed external Managed Services Customers
• Microsoft Cloud environments covering M365 & Azure, including an understanding of Licensing
• Running Service Reviews
• Customer onboarding/offboarding

As a Service Delivery Manager/SDM You will be based from home working extensively with managed services customers. You will build relationships with, and manage, the stakeholders, act as a point of liaison and escalation for the Service Desk, and liaise and manage escalations into Microsoft. You will be comfortable discussing Microsoft Cloud scenarios, and have experience of spotting new areas for the sales people to cross- and up-sell into.

This Service Delivery Manager/SDM role has the scope to grow into a more senior role moving forwards, and as the SDM team matures there is scope to move towards leadership.
