An international IT company is recruiting a Technical Network Engineering at their office in London. This role will be within a team of IT infrastructure engineers providing user third line technical escalation for operational incidents as well as be involved in small to large-size IT infrastructure projects as a senior network engineer.

Japanese and English fluency will be required for this role.

Technical Network Engineering Project Manager Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake network and infrastructure related projects and provide a basic to detail design for implementation
• Manage networking projects end to end
• Ensure projects are delivered in scope, within budget and on time
• Communicate with the customer on all project issues throughout the project
• Create Project plans, proposal, and Application for Approval
• Create project highlight reports for both management and customer
• Manage 3rd party for the changes & implementation
• Act professionally as a Network project engineer in a fast-paced environment
• Support and troubleshoot network technical issues arising in the projects
• Propose and implement design changes to network environments as required
• Document operational procedures, manual creation, user announcement, and internal applications
• Conduct business trip to European, Middle East and Africa branch offices
• Any ad-hoc work assigned by Manager

Technical Network Engineering Ideal Candidate:

• CCNP in Cisco technologies
• Must have experience with WAN (including SD-WAN), LAN and wireless
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment (L3, L2, wireless) is essential
• Experience with Firewalls
• 3-5 years of Network Engineer experience
• Experience of a multi-site networked IT environment is required
• Extensive experience in Server / Network Security.
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 SaaS and PaaS Technologies
• Experience with cloud services (particularly, AWS, Azure, and GCP)
• Excellent server troubleshooting skills are critical to the role
• Possess a solid understanding of general networking technologies and protocols
• Experience with Cisco WIFI access points
• Experience working for professional organization or MSP and applies good customer service
• Project management skill or Skills in Networking technologies and protocols would be advantageous
