Position: Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst – AVP
Location: London/Hybrid
Contract: to 30/04/2026
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm – out of hours requirement
Salary: Day rate from 400 via Umbrella Company

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Internal Planning Unit with day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Play a vital role in various exciting projects undertaken by the team.
• Assist in the customer profitability initiative and enhance reporting processes.
• Create and maintain reports using PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, and other database systems.

Your Background:

• You’ll be part of a close-knit team reporting directly to the Head of the Internal Planning Unit.
• Your contributions will help check, collate, and report the financial performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Engage in managing the department’s transaction pipeline to prevent budget breaches.
• Provide crucial support for credit and financial crime applications and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for the Planning Team, offering guidance on pipeline and asset monitoring.
• Collaborate with Management, Relationship Managers, and other key stakeholders across EMEA.
• Prepare and coordinate regular planning reports, including KPI reports, financial projections, and more.
• Monitor and maintain information in Power BI while assisting with profitability improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some knowledge of Corporate Finance & Project Finance is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with financials and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and other Microsoft products is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various regions.
