Apps Support/Infrastructure – re-alignment of processes across ServiceNow instances/design eBonding/integration points
Bulk Knowledge Article upload to Employee Centre facilitation
Service Offering Creation/Amendment/Deletion as prescribed
Implement/Adapt Request Fulfilment Approvals process
