A highly innovative consultancy is seeking a seasoned Senior Programme Manager with deep expertise in Workday HCM and Financials to join their team. You will lead mission-critical, complex, and cross-functional technology programs, driving them successfully from initial strategy to final deployment.

This influential role requires a dynamic leader to fully own the program’s lifecycle, serving as a key advisor who makes pivotal decisions to guarantee project delivery aligns with defined business outcomes. Your responsibilities will center on leading stakeholders, resolving complex operational and technical challenges, applying data-driven project methodologies, mitigating risks proactively, and mentoring the project team to foster high performance.

Essential Expertise:

• Proven proficiency and hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financial Management.
• A background working within the Utilities or Energy sector, with familiarity in Transmission and Distribution Fundamentals
• Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and advisory skills to unify diverse teams toward a common goal.
